Short, because there is not much to say: the apps never send anything anywhere, and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
REX Accounts, REX Paperworks and REX Visio2DXF run entirely on your computer. They do not connect to the internet, do not send usage data, and do not upload your documents, drawings or accounts anywhere. Licence activation is checked locally on your machine.
This site is static: it sets no cookies, runs no trackers and has no accounts. Downloads are plain files.
Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They collect your payment details and email address under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can email your licence key and provide support; we keep that in our order records and do not share it with anyone else.
If you email support@ecdesign.co.nz, we keep the correspondence to help you and for no other purpose.
If a REX product does not do what its product page says it does on a supported computer, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method.
Email support@ecdesign.co.nz with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We will usually reply within two working days (New Zealand time).
Your licence key stops being valid for support and updates. Please uninstall the software.
Prices are in US dollars. Lemon Squeezy adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are and remits it, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
